• ChokStock does not sell physical products; hence, no physical returns are applicable.
   
• All offerings (strategies, subscriptions, tools, and insights) are delivered digitally.
   

• Once a subscription or service is activated, it is non-returnable.
   
• Users will continue to enjoy access until the end of the billing period, even if they cancel mid-cycle.
   

A “return” or reversal of payment may be considered only in the following situations:

• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
   
• Wrong Plan Purchase: If a technical error assigns you a different plan than the one selected (proof required).
   

• If approved, payment reversal will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
   
• Bank/payment gateway delays are beyond ChokStock’s control.
