At ChokStock, we provide digital subscription-based services and trading strategies. Since our services are intangible, non-transferable, and instantly accessible, we do not follow a traditional βproduct returnβ model. However, to maintain fairness and transparency, the following terms apply:
1. No Physical Returns
- ChokStock does not sell physical products; hence, no physical returns are applicable.
- All offerings (strategies, subscriptions, tools, and insights) are delivered digitally.
2. Non-Returnable Services
- Once a subscription or service is activated, it is non-returnable.
- Users will continue to enjoy access until the end of the billing period, even if they cancel mid-cycle.
3. Exceptional Cases
A βreturnβ or reversal of payment may be considered only in the following situations:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription.
- Wrong Plan Purchase: If a technical error assigns you a different plan than the one selected (proof required).
4. Refund Timeline (for Valid Cases)
- If approved, payment reversal will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method.
- Bank/payment gateway delays are beyond ChokStockβs control.
