At ChokStock, we value transparency and fairness for all our users. Please read this policy carefully to understand the terms for cancellations and refunds.
1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users may cancel their active subscription at any time through the payment portal or by contacting ChokStock Support.
- Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will prevent further charges.
- Once cancelled, subscription access will remain valid until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refund Policy
- All subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Partial months,
- Unused days, or
- Mid-cycle cancellations.
- Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Incorrect plan charged (with valid proof of transaction).
3. Trial / Promotional Offers
- If a free trial or discounted promotional plan is provided, cancellation must be done before the trial/offer ends to avoid automatic billing.
- Refunds are not applicable for plans converted from trials or promotional offers.
4. Profit-Sharing / SEBI Compliance
- For profit-sharing models, charges are based on actual execution via Tradetron/ChokStock.
- Once brokerage, fees, or profit-sharing charges are collected, they cannot be reversed.
- ChokStock follows SEBI-compliant structures for all plans.
